Where do you deliver?
We offer free shipping on all orders, delivering within United States.
How long does shipping take?
To bring you the best prices, we ship directly from Printful manufacturers, which allows us to pass the savings on to you. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive. In some cases, it may take a little longer, depending on your location and any customs procedures.
Where is my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a tracking number within 48 hours. You can then track your order here support@cozydcor.com.
I haven’t received an order/tracking number. What should I do?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation or tracking number within 2 working days of placing your order, please reach out to us support@cozydcor.com.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need assistance with changes.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect print, we will work with Printify to offer a free re-print or a refund.
To qualify:
You must contact us within 30 days of the item’s delivery.
Provide your order ID and clear photo(s) showing the issue (e.g., misprint, damage, missing design).
You do not need to return the defective item to Printify, no shipping back required.
Once validated, we will credit your account or refund the order per our terms.
The following situations are not covered by our policy (and by Printify’s manufacturing policy):
Wrong size, wrong color, or ordering the wrong product (customer error)
Change of mind / simply didn’t like the product
Minor print placement tolerances (e.g., up to ~0.5″ variation) considered normal for some print methods.
In these cases, we cannot offer a return or refund through Printify’s fulfilment framework.
Do you accept returns?
Since items are fulfilled on demand and direct-shipped, return shipping is not required or expected for defective items.
Shipping costs for reorder or replacements are handled as part of the approved re-print or refund process.
If you wish to return a non-defective product (which we do not accept under policy), all shipping cost and risk would be borne by you (though we generally discourage this).
