Return & Refund Policy
Cozydcor (operated by UPZAARIA LLC) offers free standard shipping to UK addresses on all orders (no express or international shipping). We aim to be transparent and clear about returns and refunds. Under UK law, consumers have a 14-day “cooling-off” right to cancel most online purchases. We go further by giving you 30 days from delivery to return items for any reason, provided they are unused and in original condition.
We hope you love your new items from Cozydcor. However, if you change your mind, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. This 30-day window is more generous than the 14-day minimum required by UK law. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns, but if the item is faulty or misdescribed, Cozydcor will cover the return postage and give you a full refund.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us: Email support@cozydcor.com or call +44 7452 843462 with your order number and reason for return.
- Send back the item: Pack the unused item in its original packaging with all accessories or tags. We will provide a return address once your request is approved. Ship via a trackable UK postal service and keep the proof of postage.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as described below.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method whenever possible. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return postage), in line with UK regulations. For change-of-mind returns, the refund will exclude return shipping costs (since you paid those). If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will refund the full amount paid including any original delivery charge.
Excluded Items
Some products cannot be returned under UK law or for hygiene reasons:
- Personalized or bespoke goods: Made-to-order items (e.g. custom-engraved gifts) have no cancellation right.
- Opened health or hygiene items: Sealed products such as mattresses, pillows, or cosmetics cannot be returned once unsealed.
- Digital goods and gift cards: These cannot be returned once delivered or downloaded.
Note: Even if an item is excluded above, we still honor your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the product is faulty or not as described
