Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding UK public holidays. Each item is quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Method & Cost

Standard UK Delivery:Free on all orders, regardless of order value.
– Delivered within 5–15 business days to most UK mainland postcodes.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays or extreme weather; if your order is delayed, please contact us.

Order Cancellation & Modification

You have a 24-hour window from purchase to request changes or cancellations. Email us at  support@cozydcor.com as soon as possible; after 24 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be altered. Refused deliveries are treated as cancellations—return shipping costs may apply.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the UK and do not offer international delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our Order Tracking page. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:

  • Check with neighbors or household members.
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • Contact the courier for proof of delivery.
  • If undelivered, email us  support@cozydcor.com your proof of non-delivery and we’ll refund or resend.
