Shipping policy

1. Processing & Fulfilment

All products sold in our store are produced on-demand via Printify. Once your order is placed, production begins and typically takes a few business days. After production is complete, your order is shipped to the U.S. address you provided.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (USA)

Printify offers several shipping options for U.S. deliveries. 

Standard Shipping (domestic U.S.):

2–5 business days for most items. 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. territories may take an extra 7-12 business days or only standard shipping available. 

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: FREE shipping on all orders, 2-5 business days. 

4. Shipping Carrier

Printify automatically selects the shipping carrier based on print provider and shipping method. We don’t allow manual carrier selection. 
Once the order is shipped and tracking info is available, we’ll send you the tracking number via email.

5. Address Requirements & Responsibility

You must provide a valid U.S. shipping address.

PO Box shipping: Standard shipping may support it; Express shipping does not support PO Boxes or addresses outside mainland U.S. for Express. 

Please ensure the address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address entry.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Since all shipments covered here are within the U.S., you should not incur customs or import duties. For U.S. territories or international destinations, different rules apply (not covered in this policy).

7. Order Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide you with a tracking number and link via email once your order is shipped.

If tracking is not available, we’ll still mark the order as “shipped” and provide an estimated delivery window.

8. Damaged, Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or hasn’t been received within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@cozydcor.com within 30 days of the original ship date.

We will work with Printify and the print provider to investigate and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Because items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” purchases. Please review your order carefully before placing.

Order Cancellation & Modification

You have a 24-hour window from purchase to request changes or cancellations. Email us at  support@cozydcor.com as soon as possible; after 24 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be altered. Refused deliveries are treated as cancellations, return shipping costs may apply.
