Cozydcor (operated by UPZAARIA LLC) offers free standard shipping to USA addresses on all orders (no international shipping). We aim to be transparent and clear about returns and refunds. Under USA law, and Printify policies.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products are printed and fulfilled on a per-order basis via Printify, which means each item is custom-produced for you and cannot be restocked.
Accordingly:

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, changed your mind, or simply want a different item.

If you need sizing help, please review our size / product information before purchasing.

2. What We Cover: Defects & Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect print, we will work with Printify to offer a free re-print or a refund.
To qualify:

You must contact us within 30 days of the item’s delivery. 

Provide your order ID and clear photo(s) showing the issue (e.g., misprint, damage, missing design).

You do not need to return the defective item to Printify, no shipping back required. 

Once validated, we will credit your account or refund the order per our terms.

3. When Refunds / Re-prints Are Not Covered

The following situations are not covered by our policy (and by Printify’s manufacturing policy):

Wrong size, wrong color, or ordering the wrong product (customer error)

Change of mind / simply didn’t like the product

Minor print placement tolerances (e.g., up to ~0.5″ variation) considered normal for some print methods. 
In these cases, we cannot offer a return or refund through Printify’s fulfilment framework.

4. How to Request a Refund / Re-print

Email us at support@cozydcor.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, name and email used, and attach clear photo(s) of the issue.

We will review the case, communicate with Printify’s provider, and respond with either:

Approval of a free re-print, or

Approval of a refund (credited to original payment method or store credit)

Once approved, allow up to 1 business day for refund processing.

5. Shipping Costs & Returns

Since items are fulfilled on demand and direct-shipped, return shipping is not required or expected for defective items.

Shipping costs for reorder or replacements are handled as part of the approved re-print or refund process.

If you wish to return a non-defective product (which we do not accept under policy), all shipping cost and risk would be borne by you (though we generally discourage this).
